From 20th May 2010, Home Information Packs (HIP's) are no longer required when selling your home. However, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) needs to be commissioned before marketing your property.

I have been a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) in the Cardiff area since their introduction in 2007. My clients include private sellers; private landlords (requiring an EPC for rental purposes); and Cardiff-based solicitors and estate agents.

Service

I offer a professional and friendly EPC service covering most "CF" postcode areas and I will normally provide the EPC the same day in which the property is surveyed.

To issue valid Energy Performance Certificates, it is UK law that all energy assessors are members of a Government-approved accreditation scheme. I am a certified member of a Government-approved scheme run by NHER (National Homes Energy Rating).
