I have been a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) in the Cardiff area since their introduction in 2007. My clients include private sellers; private landlords (requiring an EPC for rental purposes); Cardiff-based solicitors; lettings agents and estate agents.

Service

I offer a professional and friendly EPC service covering most "CF" postcode areas and I will normally provide the EPC the same day in which the property is surveyed.

To issue valid Energy Performance Certificates in accordance with UK regulations, energy assessors must be members of a Government-approved accreditation scheme. I am a certified member of a Government-approved scheme run by EES (Elmhurst Energy Ltd). My DEA registration number is EES/020227.
